Family run Australian business, for over 50 years.
We’re a proudly family owned Australian business, growing and producing premium organic mushroom extracts from our farm in Western Australia.
Remarkably, our founder Graham Upson has been studying mycology for over five decades. Now alongside his daughter Cat, wife Lee and other family members, he continues to be a pioneer in functional mushroom supplements supported by scientific research.
From the very beginning, Touchwood Mushrooms has set out to harness the incredible power of mushrooms to support health and wellbeing. Over the years, we’ve developed a specialised dual-extraction process to make sure we produce the most bioavailable mushroom extracts on the market.

Perfect for going sober!
I knew I had an upcoming period of high stress, where I needed all faculties on deck. So I gave up on alcohol to mentally prepare myself, and also bought the alcohol free versions of the Lions Mane and Reishi mushroom drops. They are PERFECT if you are going sober and are completely tasteless - I add the Reishi drops to non-alcoholic wine to help me sleep, and the Lions Mane are added to my morning coffee to give my brain a boost. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of these mushroom drops, and even happier that they have no flavour. Thank you! It’s made such a difference.
