Definitely helping hubby's brain - he has mushroom growing out of his ears! LOL seriously though, he is diagnosed with early alzheimers and he also takes a drink called Souvenaid. I put the Lion's Mane drops into his drink, and since starting the Lion's Mane his cognitivity is definitely sharper.

My first impression of Touchwood Mushrooms was the care they take in their packaging. Wrapped beautifully with information on different mushrooms and their amazing benefits.
Then after unwrapping you are presented with a gorgeous glass bottle with lovely wood top dropper with measurements along the glass for easy dosage.
The product I purchased is Turkey Tail. It mixes very well with no flavour.

The Tiger Milk Mushroom has greatly helped my lungs
The Tiger Milk mushroom has helped my breathing so much . I have bad COPD this mushroom extract is amazing !! My strength is back in my lungs I can carry heavy shopping bags and heavy pot plants that I never could before without gasping for air . I can do things in the mornings without needing my prescribed puffer as soon as I wake up . I take 2mls to 3mls daily . After 4 weeks I really noticed the difference . I can now walk up the top of our hill about 200 metres up hill without needing my ventolin . I wish I had heard about this 7 years ago . It’s incredible. I still take my prescribed puffers but rarely need my ventolin . Thank you Touchwood Mushrooms the 7 blend and Turkey tail is great too I never got sick when family members all had Influenza A . I never had a flu shot . The quality is the best ever . The glass bottles are beautiful and all the packaging is plastic free .
